You can find a link to her 1 mile walk at trophywifediet.blogspot.com. under January title "My 2nd Favorite WORKOUT:Walk at home". I love how she walks you through a series of steps in front of the T.V. or computer - you don't need to leave the house or even put on your walking shoes.
